  • Dr. John Massey served as president of Alabama Conference Female College (now Huntingdon College) in Tuskegee, Macon County, from 1896-1909. The college was relocated to Montgomery and renamed as the Woman's College of Alabama at the end of his tenure. Photograph from A. C. Oxford's scrapbook of photographs, 1916.
