• Exploration of how to look to the next generation, including training in the areas in which they are working. Blowes looks at the challenges and reasons for replacing yourself, including the use of resources, and that there will always be a need to leave for the pension, and what will remain after the missionaries leave. Shead speaks on what it means to establish a mission, and the long term vision. He stresses that you must consider the local context, and what, therefore, is achievable. Shead says that we must focus on the Gospel and on people. Rukovic explains the needs in France, especially that of prayer. He warns against comparing Australia with France with people going into fulltime ministry. They speak on the quality and challenges of theological education. Talk is followed by questions.
