  • Toose illustrates the missionary exit as removing scaffolding from a building. Everington shares stories on handing over power to local believers, so that people rely on their leaders, but more importantly to rely on God. Stanbury speaks on looking for people to take over, and the challenges of staff leaving after training. He shows that we must rely on God to provide people to take over so that the program continues.
