Jericho scarab, Middle Bronze Age II. Steatite(?). Back: head broken, two curling lines between prothorax and wings, two lines between wings. Base: geometric pattern on three panels, central band of cross-hatching between two outer panels of horizontal lines. Condition: fine; head is broken, nicks on back and base. 1.6 cm width, 1.5 cm height. JPG file (162 KB).
