  • Reid recounts his experiences as an AFES staffworker. He talks about student responsibility and how this effected him, and how it needed to be changed so that staff were more involved. Reid raises some convictions he has at grassroots level of AFES around some changes that he feels are needed. He discusses the frustrations felt in student ministry. Reid exposes myths around AFES, and explains the history of AFES. He encourages staff to be totally involved in the running of the group, as student theological undertanding has dropped.
