- Osei-Mensah explores Acts 8:4-25. He speaks on the instruction to reach the Samaritans, and that the time for this has come. Osei-Mensah stresses the requirement of obedience, even when this does not appear to be successful. Osei-Mensah shows that the way of the gospel must fit the context. He looks at when and who to baptise, so that people come to Christ freely. Osei-Mensah explores what it means for the church to be universal.
