  • Beilharz introduces the podcast. Payne and Scholl discuss Scholl's move to Mexico, including the culture in Mexico, the joys and the challenges. Scholl explains the Moore College in Latin America course (MOCLAM) and it's use in the Spanish-speaking world. Scholl gives some examples of the terms and attitudes in Spanish that people bring to the course. He stresses the importance of children learning to serve, and the change that has happened in Australia of a professionalisation of ministry which has disempowered the ministry in the pew.
