Description
  • Kuhn and Payne discuss the difference between moral realisim and moral relativism. Payne explains that we instinctly know that some things are good and others evil, but because of sin we act as if it is up to us to determine good and evil. Kuhn and Payne explore the move to finding our ethics in ourselves, and that this results in individualistic relativism. They look at the dangers of individualism. Payne explains the biblical understanding and teaching of love, and what this means for us practically. They discuss how the gospel shaped the social shape for 100s of years, but that this is now changing. Kuhn stresses that we must cling to truth if we want to have an influence in the world.
