  • Letter dated June 10, 1912, from lawyer and politician Oscar Underwood to Henry B. Gray. Underwood ran for President of the United States in 1912 and 1924 and is the only individual to serve as the Democratic leader in both the Senate and House of Representatives. Henry B. Gray served as the sixth Lieutenant Governor of Alabama from 1907 to 1911.
