• Video introduces the person of Abraham. It explores whether or not God speaks through the Bible. It looks at what the bible is, and what it isn't, and then explains the history of the book as event, inspiration, translation and illumination. Benson challenges the audience to read the bible. Benson looks at William Tyndale and his translation work in translating the bible into English. Benson introduces a journaling method of SOAP - Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer Cd label reads : "The journey entering God's story" Video is designed to be a group activity, with clear times to pause the tape and discuss the content.
