Description
  • Gibbs summarises the previous talks on cell groups. He explores why people will not join groups, and that it is hard to get more than 60% into a group. Gibbs speaks on the purpose and function of the class size group, comparing it to that of the cell group. He shares examples of how the class size group has reached people in blue-collar areas, and then explores the requirements for leaders of a group this size. Gibbs looks at some of the challenges of class-size groups and leaders of class groups. Gibbs looks at some of the challenges of the congregation group, including a reluctance to change. Gibbs introduces the level of celebration, and looks at the role and organisation of this level, including visibility to the world. He then looks at the challenges and pitfalls of this level. Talk is followed by questions. Video available at https://vimeo.com/124595685?share=copy#t=0
