  • McDonald looks at hypocrisy from Matthew, including critiquing the translation of the NIV to link the passages in Matthew 15. He explores the way Matthew has constructed his account to use occassions Jesus talks about bread. McDonald goes on to explore the structure used to highlight Jesus' ability to bring cleanliness, especially to the Gentiles. McDonald explores what it means to worship God in vain, and that we are naturally sinful/unclean, and that we need God to change us. He challenge shis audience to consider their attitude to God's Word, as this will reflect their worship.
