Depicts a family with five children, a mother, and a disabled father receiving a box of food supplies. Includes caption: Help for migrants. Mrs. Charlie Morgan watches her husband, a one-legged, farm worker, feed their children from a box of food rushed by Phoenix, Arizona, county authorities.
