  • Peter Orr and Tom Schreiner discuss the Book of Revelation and it's relevance to the Christian life. Schreiner shares his testimony, and then why people are drawn to or avoid Revelation. He stresses the importance of understanding both the Old Testament and literature style in understanding Revelation. He looks at why it is hard to understand the imagery. Schreiner explains the different types of millennialismand the problems with millennialism. Schreiner and Orr briefly discuss Schreiner's book 'The joy of hearing'. Schreiner explains that the Book of Revelation is helpful to the Christian life because it points us to Christ and encourages us to avoid compromising on the gospel. He shares some of the joys that he sees at the end of Revelation.
