The following information is printed on the back of the postcard in Italian "Pia Opera Della S. Infanzia. I. Scopo - Salvare la vita ai bambini idolatri abbandonatti, e procurare loro la grazia del santo Battesimo e dell'educazione cristiana. II. Mezzi. 1. Recitare ogni giorno l'Ave Maria, colla invocazione: Vergine Maria, pregate per noi e per i noveri fanciulli infedeli ; 2. Offrire cinque centesimi ogni mese, ossia sessanta cent, all'anno. Chi offre Lire 100 una sol volta, diventa Associato perpetuo." There is handwriting on the back and with a Italy post stamp of 5 cents.
