Anna Neiderheiser, 1902 graduate of Fisk Bible and Training School, served as superintendent of the school from 1902 to 1938. When the the school moved Kansas City, Missouri in 1904, the name was changed to Kansas City National Training School for Deaconesses and Missionaries (KCNTS). In 1925, Neiderheiser was granted an honorary Doctor of Pedagogy by Dr. L. B. Bowers, President of Kansas Wesleyan University. She served as president of KCNTS until her retirement in 1939. Anna Neiderheiser died in September 1955.
