- A fine steel engraving illustrating a scene in China, a missionary at an orphanage in China, receiving two orphans who have been carried in panniers on the shoulder of a man. All together, there are two priests, one man and six children in the image, with a background of palm trees. Beneath the image is "Accipe puerum istum et nutri mihi ego dabo tibi mercedem tuam. (Ex. Ch. 2, v. 9.) Reçois cet enfant et nourris le pour moi. Je te donnerai moi-même ta récompense." On the verso is an explanation of the goals and works of "La Sainte Enfance", in five sections
