Description
  • Sunday travelers on U.S. 187 in northwestern Wyoming at the base of the Teton Range, pass the Chapel of the Transfiguration at Moose and see this view. People come for miles around, even on horseback, to worship in this small church with its large plate-glass window affording an excellent view of the entire range. The Grand Teton here rises to 13,766 feet above sea level.
