Description
  • Continuing his exploration on the theme of prayer, Goldsworthy discusses four points on the topic. Firstly, before coming to know Christ, we naturally lacked any access to God. Secondly, throughout all of history, God has initiated all actions relating to salvation. Thirdly, God’s will and purpose for creation is revealed solely through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Lastly, prayer should be viewed as thinking God’s thoughts after Him. Prayer is the chief expression of our faith and relationship with God; God allows us to identify with His will and partake in it through prayer.
