  • Edward Chui, interviewed for the OCF Heritage Project, shares his journey from Shanghai to Hong Kong and then Brisbane in 1964. He discovered Christianity through Overseas Christian Fellowship (OCF) and Bible studies led by Bruce Winter. He served as OCF Brisbane President and later OCF Australia EXCO Chair (1970), overseeing the national convention in Brisbane. He discusses OCF’s role in welcoming overseas students, its relationship with churches, and debates on returning home after studies. He later joined Randwick Baptist Church and West Sydney Chinese Christian Church, serving in leadership roles. He encourages OCF students to trust God’s guidance in their lives.
