• Rogers speaks on Colossians 2. He challenges his audience to consider what they are becoming. Rogers explores the warning against false teachers which Paul presents. He speaks against New Age Spirituality, and other philosophies which can fool believers. Rogers stresses that if we feel dry we should tap back into Christ instead of looking elsewhere. Rogers reminds his audience that they are new people in Christ, as Christ's death and resurrection become our death and resurrection. Rogers looks at the two warnings given by Paul, including being set free from religion. Rogers shows that our goal is to continue in Christ and grow in maturity, to be sanctified.
