This bridge is listed in the WORLD GUIDE TO COVERED BRIDGES as Hallawakee Creek Bridge, no. 01-41-03, on Tillery Creek Road, 2 spans, 140’ long, Town type construction. Located near Beulah community, off U.S. 29, north of Opelika. The Alabama Historical Commission is working with interested Lee Countians to preserve this fine, wooden-pegged bridge.”
