- This volume contains a transcript of the original faith and covenant dated 1770 with a certification note (1850), church meeting minutes (1772-1845) [broken series, not in chronological order], membership rolls of males, females, and African Americans (1831, undated), a sketch of the church building (undated), birth records of the Carlyle, Edwards, and Ballard families (1746-1775), and miscellaneous notes (1816-1859, undated). They are handwritten in a notebook, which is a fragile item with damaged spine, broken binding, loose leaves, and brittle yellowed chipped paper sheets. Covers and some pages are missing.
