Upper rectangle contains yellow border with vegetal design on gold ground. It is surmounted by a gold cupola containing a vegetal design, bordered on three sides by a double border of lavender and green, with blue and red tīghs on top. The lower rectangle contains a double border of green and lavender as well as a vegetal design on gold ground.
