Tan Hui Ling, a Malaysian doctor from Penang, studied medicine at Melbourne University (1998-2004) and was deeply involved in Overseas Christian Fellowship (OCF) Melbourne Uni. Introduced by her sister-in-law, she stayed active throughout her seven years in Australia, eventually becoming Vice Chairperson (local center) and Exco Chair (2003-2004). She recalls vibrant worship, strong discipleship, and structured leadership training, including Servant’s Retreats. Key figures include Pastor Stuart Rae, Graeme Tonkin, and Marilyn Ong. Her Exco leadership addressed "sending back" graduates and staff worker roles. Now managing two hospitals and a nursing college, she credits OCF for shaping her faith, leadership, and character. Hui Ling Tan served as EXCO char in 2003 and 2004. Series title : Overseas Christian Fellowship Heritage Oral Histories
