Description
  • Harding preaches on the promised king from Psalm 89. The Psalmist understood the state of blessing and prestige bestowed upon Israel was ultimately short-lived and disappointing. Peter’s message to the crowds at Pentecost proclaimed the fulfilment of the prophetic message concerning the identity of the long-awaited king. Although betrayed by the Jews, God has exalted Christ to rule at His right hand, fulfilling the expectations of the Old Testament. For Jew and Gentile alike, the response towards the ultimate king Jesus should be one of repentance and acceptance of His reign.
