Antonio Moreno Elosequi, OP, (1918-1995) was a modern version of a Renaisance man. He grew up in Spain where he served with the Royalist forces and received a degree in architecture. He joined the Dominican Order in 1944. In 1951 he was sent to Dubuque, Iowa, where he completed his studies in theology. He later received a Master of Science in physics from the University of California at Berkeley in 1958. A professor at DSPT, the Dominican Order awarded him its highest honor for a teacher and scholar, the Master of Sacred Theology. Along with over 50 articles in Spanish and English on various topics, he wrote "Jung, Gods and Modern Man."
