This short piece reflects on the efforts of EFCA missionaries in the Canton region. While the mission to the region had been ongoing for nearly 50 years, the Second World War had disrupted, and in some cases, completely undone their efforts. The text describes the challenges and opportunities the missionaries faced to rebuild and evangelize an area in the midst of the War.
