• Two talks, one titled 'Authority, Membership and Leadership' which explores how dominant or private people can be in a group with discussion of the area of confusion, and the democratic leadership. He stresses creating a space where people and the church can grow, and where the leader can pull back and step in as necessary. The other is titled 'The Open Crowd' which looks at the influence of crowds and the impacts of different structures.
