The University of Divinity, formerly the Melbourne College of Divinity, is a collegiate university strengthened and shaped by its many ecumenical partnerships. Initially incorporated by an Act of the Victorian Parliament in 1910, the University's teaching and research is conducted through eleven associated Colleges representing the Anglican, Baptist (2), Catholic (3), Churches of Christ, Lutheran, Salvation Army, Coptic Orthodox, and Uniting Churches in Australia. Serving approximately 700 EFT students, the University offers a range of awards in divinity and its associated disciplines, from graduate diplomas through to doctoral degrees, with face-to-face, online and blended study options.
