Reports and documents of the assemblies of the World Council of Churches

Actions

The Assembly is the highest governing body of the World Council of Churches, and normally meets every eight years. A WCC Assembly is a special time in the lives of member churches, ecumenical partners and other churches, as it brings together more than 4,000 participants, coming from all over the world. This makes a WCC Assembly the most diverse Christian gathering of its size in the world. After each Assembly, since 1948, a report is published, and collected in this collection, as well as other related essential texts.
