Photographs of Korea taken during the period commencing in the 1890s up to recent times. Images are associated mainly with mission work undertaken by Presbyterians from the United States. Included are photographs of individuals, families, congregations, temples, churches and landscapes. The earliest images in the collection also include rare glimpses of personalities and places associated with the end of the Choson Dynasty (1392-1910), prior to the annexation of Korea to Japan.
