This collection contains the personal papers of Unitarian Universalist minister, climate justice activist, and professional speaker Rev. Dr. Marilyn Sewell. It includes sermons and speeches (in print and audio formats) from her 17 years at First Unitarian Church in Portland, Oregon; drafts and manuscripts from her writing on spirituality, womanhood, and aging; published articles in denominational and secular periodicals; video interviews, photographs, and some correspondence. Also part of the collection are materials related to several workshops created by Rev. Dr. Sewell, to her biographical documentary film "Raw Faith," and to her social justice work in the United States and abroad.
