Edd Doerr Papers (Meadville Lombard Theological School)

This collection is comprised of the papers of prominent Humanist activist, Edd Doerr. Doerr was president of the American Humanist Association from 1995-2003, previously serving as vice-president and board chair from 1985-1991. Collection materials date from 1955-2018 and include Doerr’s correspondence, writing and publications, programs and speeches, records of professional organization work, and reference files.
