Founded in 1968, Catholic Theological Union is a Catholic graduate school of theology and ministry located in Chicago. CTU offers a broad array of graduate degrees and certificate programs to an internationally diverse student body of clergy, religious, and laity. Supportive of CTU’s curriculum, the collections of the Paul Bechtold Library have particular strengths in pastoral theology, ecumenical and interreligious dialogue, and Catholic religious orders.
