  • Anna Lindgren constructs a biographical sketch of Josephine Princell through surviving letters and other sources. Josephine Princell (1844-1937) was wife of John Princell, one of the founders of the Evangelical Free Church of America. Active in her husband's religious work, she also contributed to the Swedish women's home magazine, Kvinnan och Hemmet, and was edited and published a Christmas annual, Skogsblommor.
