- Swanson St. and Christian Gloria Dei is the oldest church in Penna. with services on this site dating back as far as 1669. The present church was completed and first used for services July 2, 1700. Originally this was a Lutheran Church. After the Revolution it was commended to the care of the Protestant Episcopal Church.
